- Shipping & Delivery
Products will be shipped within 5-6 business days via USPS. Order fulfillment is based on product availability. If your item is backordered you will be notified immediately. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you.
- Sales Tax
Your Music Supply charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered.
- Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Your Music Supply within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Surfer Dude Products will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.
