Schedule

Lessons and Group Classes will be scheduled per Ms. Laura’s Calendar.  A new calendar will be released every 6 months and is subject to change with as much notice as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Any lesson may be canceled with refund or rescheduled with at least 24 HOURS notice.  No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a make up lesson or refund.  Group Classes cannot be refunded or made up for any reason.

If you have a Lesson Plan with monthly payments, Ms. Laura asks for ONE MONTHS Notice in the event of stopping or making changes to the lesson plan. 

If Ms. Laura needs to reschedule or cancel a lesson or group class, she will give as much notice as possible.  Lessons canceled by Ms. Laura will always be made up or refunded.

Privacy and Security

Personal Practice Portals are marked “noindex” and any links on those pages will be “nofollow” on the web.  They will not be accessible on search engines, but only with the link provided.

Emails to multiple recipients are sent using the “blind carbon copy” so email addresses are private.

Consent is required for Videos or Pictures that are used on the web or social media.  Video Use Consent Form.

Names or Locations are never used when posting Videos or Pictures that are used on the web or social media.

Practice Portals (hosted on Ms. Laura’s website YourMusicSupply.com) and Practice Charts (hosted on Ms. Laura’s Google Sheets account) will only ever contain the first name of the student and assignments for practice.  No other personal information will be used.

Consent is required to keep a credit card on file and permission must be given for charges relating to lessons, classes, or camps.  Find the agreement HERE.
